The company was founded in 1975 by NANDWANA group and today having in-house world class manufacturing capabilities and work-force of around 750 employees and 9 fully functional units countrywide. The plant is TS 16949:2002 certified by TUV SUD Management Services GmbH since 2005.
The main plant located at RAJKOT in the western part of India is spread over a land of 50000 sq m and the total built up area is 25000 sq m
Manufacturing :
Major manufacturing processes constitute of Forging of Raw Material to net / near net shape through Cold, Warm or Hot Forging. For Forging plant is equipped with Mechanical Presses, Hammers and in-house Die Shop with CNC machines to manufacture the Die of utmost precisions. For machining various precision Turning, Milling and Gear Cutting techniques and processes are used to bring the part to the final shape. Parts are thereafter heat treated in sophisticated furnaces to achieve metallurgical requirements and are finally ground to make them ready to assemble and dispatch. The plant is currently producing around 2 million parts per month of various shapes & sizes for various applications, out of these 400000 parts are Gears for the Transmission segment. |
